Skirt has some condition issues. There is loose stitching on the waist band and on the inner lining. The hook and loop closure at the top of the zipper. There are a few spots on the front of the skirt between the pleats. Flaws are shown in pictures. See pictures for measurements and to ensure you are satisfied with the condition.
