This is a vintage rubber hand keyring.  It does have a sticker on the end that says THOUGHT I'D GIVE YOU A HAND.   This is an old keyring and does have signs of age and use.  The rubber has stains as shown.  You get the actual item pictured so please look at all photos and ask any questions before purchase.
