Chaps size 16W blue jeans sit at or above the waist with 11 inch rise. These have straight legs and are made of cotton/elastane blend fabric, with just enough stretch for comfort. 5 pocket style with belt loops, logo button at waist, and zip front. Appropriately faded and nicely broken in so they aren't stiff. Great pair of blue jeans for casual wear. 

Condition is previously owned, lightly and gently used with no issues noted. They show normal light use.

Hips are about 22 inches across

Rise is about 11 inches from crotch seam to top of waistband, so these sit at or above the waist

Inseam is about 30 inches from crotch seam to hem

Hem is about 8.5 inches across
