BUTTERICK PATTERN 5476 SIZES 12, 14 AND 16 MISSES' SHIRT AND SHORTS. This is a multi-sized pattern that has been cut for the size 16.  This will fit a misses' with the following measurements:

(Size 12 - Bust-34 Waist-26.5 Hip-36)

(Size 14 - Bust-36 Waist-28 Hip-38)

(Size 16 - Bust 38 Waist 30 Hip 40) 

Very loose fitting shirt has notched collar, dropped shoulders, low armholes, back pleated into yoke with forward shoulder seams, pocket, side hemline slits and above elbow length rolled up ( wrong side shows),  Shorts have elasticized  waist with button trim and mock fly.  Both have narrow hem.  Purchased top. The pattern has been used (that has been cut for the size 16) is in good condition and is complete with the instructions. The envelope is in fair condition.  ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
