Protection with organic antimicrobial that resists washing and neutralizes bad odours. The protection is totally safe , it does not release any substance and acts in two ways: it prevents microorganisms from proliferating on the fabric, and therefore from migrating towards the skin; It inactivates pathogenic microorganisms when they come into contact with DERMASILK, preventing them from infecting the skin.

The long comfort socks made of pure microbiologically protected silk fibroin thread are part of the DERMASILK ( class I - CE Medical Device) therapeutic clothing line , designed to respect and promote the delicate skin balance even in the case of sensitive and allergic skin or in the presence of irritation and inflammation, dermatitis and mycosis . DERMASILK acts like a "second skin" in a simple and natural way, protecting the skin barrier when it is altered and promoting its functions.

Advice

If the use of DermaSilk is prolonged, it is recommended to buy at least two garments to use alternately. Like all natural fibre fabrics, DermaSilk needs to let its fibres rest. This allows longer life of the garments. The antimicrobial efficiency lasts for the entire lifetime of the garment, returning completely active after every wash.
