This is an enchanting vintage handmade gourd art bird, likely Peruvian. It has beautiful hand carving, and stands approx 10.5 inches. Comparing it to other similar carvings, I think it likely had a beak at one time.
It has some age marks on it, overall a very attractive vintage item, from a local estate.
