Import duties, taxes, and charges are the buyer's responsibility if applicable. Any fees required are not from Chameleon Collectibles they are from your countries customs department. Total value will be shown on customs forms less the postage paid. Items can not be marked as gift on customs forms.
The estimated arrival date is 14-30 business days from the time item is shipped. Please note your item may arrive sooner or later depending on the postal service. Delays are beyond my control once item is posted. In the unlikely event you do not receive your item there is a 60 day wait period until claims can be processed. In the unlikely event your item is damaged please contact me as soon as item is received so insurance claim can be started.
