Lovely pair of antique plates are in the Royal Doulton Coaching Days pattern, made in England. These scalloped rim plates are approx. 8 1/8" in diameter. One plate has a manufacturing imperfection, under glaze, where a small spot of the tree trunk is missing (see photos). They are in very good condition, with minimal signs of use, and there are no chips, cracks or crazing.
