Rare and Out-of-Production. In 1984 Mattel introduced a line of 5 handicapped dolls from Hal the one legged ski instructor to his 4 friends with braces, hearing aids, wheel chair etc. This line was to show children no matter their handicap they can do whatever they want. Never available at an any retail location, now very hard to find.
