You are buying 4 wire spoke hubcaps used specifically on some 1978 to 1983 Ford Fairmont, Mustang and Zephyr models with 14" 4 lug wheels.  Good daily driver condition with a few scratches and dings and all 4 came off a running car and will fit fine.
