Pre-Owned in nice condition, the frame has a small flaw which I show in the last photo - it is on the bottom edge and I show a close up in that last photo.  Looks beautiful in an office, home office, library or a patriotic themed space. Other than the flaw on the bottom of the frame it is in really nice condition as shown in photos - very ornate frame - God Bless America
