"PAULOA PATTERNS" #1020B MISSES' (8 - 12 - 16)
This vintage pattern is uncut, factory folded, and dates from the 1960's-1070's.
The pattern is for a "Semi-fitted, strapless pull-over dress with sash, two inches below mid-knee or long length has elasticized upper edge hidden under the fold-over band. The sarong-look wrap skirt is attached at the elasticized waist."
PAULOA went out of business in the 1980s and was based in Honolulu.
