PLEASE READ CAREFULLY!!!  There is a 3-1/2" tear, running from the front left midcover, then actoss the spine, then ending at the rear right midcover.  This is a DEEP tear, which also includes ALL the pages in between, as if someone were attempting to tear this magazine apart at the spine! -- plus the spine leans to the right, with 1 top to bottom spine crease down the middle, plus another top to bottom spine crease along the left spine edge, plus bowing -- plus there is a 5/8" vertical tear at the front top spine edge, & a 5/8" vertical tear at the rear top spine edge -- plus about 1/16" exposed fraying at the lower spine edge --  otherwise typical "well-read" condition for a digest-sized magazine of nearly 70 years, with wear & chipping to edges & corners, plus creases, scratches, folds, indentations, lesser tears, rub-wear, browning pages, soiling, etc -- overall condition only FAIR
