Measurements are 55X55mm. It has horizontal split screen. This is an original SQ-A camera screen.

Focus Screen been used with some scratches and smudges from cleaning. Screen is fully operational and functions as intended. Scratches are not noticeable when you frame or focus the image.  I would rate it a 8 (or average), on a scale from 1 to 10.
