Item description for Vintage St Patrick's Day Look O' the Irish Garter Grip on Bow Tie 4 Leaf Clover

2 Vintage Irish novelty items, 1 is the clip on bow tie featuring a pipe and 4-leaf clover, and a satin garter in box. Light wear, some fading. Bow tie is about 4.75" x 1.25" wide. Garter is 4.75" measured flat and unstretched and when I stretch it is pretty stretchy and can get to about 10" and is 1.25" wide.
