This is a Red Hulk coin bank from Monogram International and Marvel, released in 2010. The bank measures approximately 6.5 inches tall at its highest point and approximately 6.5 inches across and approximately 5.25 inches deep.
The bank still has the price sticker and the original Marvel barcode sticker across the bottom where the plug is located (see pictures). There is a small black spot on one of his fists that appears to be the same black paint used elsewhere on the bank (see picture); there is a similar spot on the back, and one on his arm.
