### Leviathan Gnarly Scorpion Caramel Pepper
- **Latin Name**: *Capsicum chinense*

- **Days to Harvest**: Approximately 95-120 days after transplanting.
- **Plant Height**: 18 to 30 inches.
- **Leaf Color**: Standard green, typical of many super-hot varieties.
- **Fruit Characteristics**: The pods are approximately 3 inches long, with a gnarled and bumpy texture. They ripen to a dark caramel color from green.
- **Flavor Profile**: This pepper has an intense, searing heat with a flavor profile that is often described as fruity and smoky. It is commonly used in making sauces and powders due to its high oil content.
- **Development**: The Leviathan Gnarly Scorpion Caramel was discovered by Drax Diego in his fields of Kraken peppers. The caramel version was his initial discovery, with a red variant emerging later through cultivation
 
### 7 Pot Primo Caramel Pepper

- **Plant Height**: Can reach up to 1 meter (around 3.3 feet) in the ground and about 70 cm (2.3 feet) in a pot.
- **Leaf Color**: Standard green, similar to other super-hot varieties.
- **Fruit Characteristics**: The pods are 5-6 cm (2-2.5 inches) long and 2-3 cm (0.8-1.2 inches) wide. They are bumpy and wrinkled, turning from green to a rich caramel hue at maturity.
- **Flavor Profile**: Known for its intense, lingering heat with a distinct fruity and slightly floral aroma. It has a unique flavor compared to other *Capsicum chinense* peppers, with a hint of sweetness and a subtle apple undertone.
- **Development**: Developed by horticulturist Troy Primeaux (nicknamed "Primo") in Louisiana in 2005, the 7 Pot Primo Caramel is a variant of the original 7 Pot Primo, which is a crossbreed between the Trinidad 7 Pot and Naga Morich. The caramel variant shares a similar heat level and fruity profile as the red and yellow varieties but offers a caramel color mutation that stands out visually.
 
### Brazilian Caramel Ghost Pepper
- **Latin Name**: *Capsicum chinense*
- **Scoville Rating**: Approximately 800,000 to 1,041,427 SHU. This is similar to the standard Ghost Pepper (*Bhut Jolokia*), which the Brazilian Caramel Ghost is a variant of.
- **Days to Harvest**: Typically 110-130 days from transplanting.
- **Plant Height**: Reaches about 3 to 4 feet (0.9 to 1.2 meters).
- **Leaf Color**: Green, typical of most super-hot varieties.
- **Fruit Characteristics**: The pods are about 2-3 inches long and 1-1.5 inches wide. They mature from a green color to a caramel-brown hue. The surface is smooth with a slightly wrinkled texture.
- **Flavor Profile**: Similar to other Ghost Pepper varieties, it combines intense heat with a fruity and slightly smoky flavor, making it a good choice for sauces and powders.
- **Development**: The Brazilian Caramel Ghost is a unique color variant of the traditional Ghost Pepper, which originated in Northeast India. It retains the heat and overall characteristics of the Ghost Pepper but with a distinct caramel hue at full maturity.
 
Start indoors 10-14 weeks prior to last frost. Transplant to 4 inch pots when true leaves appear. Requires hardening. Transplant seedlings 24-36 inches apart in well-draining loamy soil. Water regularly. Harvest peppers with gloves when deep red and wrinkled

Some items are shipped without tracking to keep costs low. This is  the most economical option. Canada Post is incredibly reliable, but can be slow.

We will ship seeds anywhere in the world, however, please make sure you check with your country's customs office to be sure that they are allowed in.
