Vintage Libbey 1 Gallon Cobalt Blue Glass Drink Dispenser Lid/ Handle Snowflakes.  Approximate measurements are:  11 1/4" Tall (with lid) x 4 1/4" D at top x 4 3/4" D at bottom & weighs approximately 3 lbs. 4 oz without packing materials.  It is unbranded but research shows- Libbey, Circa 1980's, China.  The bottom is Cobalt Blue Glass with light blue, white & gray Snowflakes.  The top is a gray plastic- handle & pour spout.  Spigot at the bottom in gray.  It will hold approximately 1 Gallon of your Favorite- Lemonade, Water, Tea, Juice, or even Adult Beverages.
