This silver bubble top Garland twist open ink pen is in good overall condition.  I can NOT GET IT TO WRITE.  I am not sure if it is just out of ink or not.  The pen is complete.  It does have WALL-TEX etched in it and inside the bubble says OLNEY.  You get the actual item pictured so please look at all photos and ask any questions before purchase.
