This is a Blockmen Military Building System - Desert - Hot Stuff #3753 made by DSI Toys, Inc. in 1999.  It is factory sealed and has never been played with.  It measures 7.5" X 4" X 1 5/8".

The pictures are of the actual item being auctioned.  It has been stored in a climate controlled environment in a smoke free home.
