Rock Crystal is a Healing Crystal, it is the most popular stone for Healing & Protection, but also promotes Calmness, Relaxation & Energy.

Pure Quartz is traditionally called rock crystal or clear quartz, and is colourless and transparent or translucent, and has often been used for hardstone carvings, such as the Lothair Crystal. Rock Crystal is also the Birthstone for April.
