This game has been fully tested and works great. It comes with Instruction manual and case -- No cover art. There are no scratches on the disc but it has been professionally buffed and polished and may have extremely light buff marks that will fade away over time but absolutely nothing that affects gameplay. The manual has only very minimal wear and tear, if any at all.
