Packaging is in great shape. Not Opened. Its NEW.

Packaging says

Squeeze my shoulders, turn my head

I cling to anything my paws grab hold of

Wear me as a dress accessory or as a pet.

Also has Target 536 501 on the top right. I guess this was made for Target a long time ago.

Another listing I found of this suggested it might be from the 1960s. I do not know. Target was founded in 1962, so this is a possibility.
