This Cracker Barrel Musical LED light up Christmas trailer does require 3 AA batteries that are NOT INCLUDED.  It features color changing lights and plays 9 traditional Christmas songs.  The branches on the back tree are bent from storage and you need to left them once displayed.  The battery case also has what looks like paint or something smeared across the bottom.  You get the actual item pictured so please look at all photos and ask any questions before purchase.
