Gorgeous hand painted roses of pink & burgundy with a blush ware peachy color.

There is an impressed written "131 9in" on bottom and 0806 hand written numbers on bottom. 

Measures 9 x 5 inches. There is a teenie tiny flea bite on rim, I had to use my magnifying glass to see it.
