This is a Disney Limited Edition Pin.
This is a spinning two sided pin.
It features Mickey Mouse in black and white on one side.
He is slightly raised on a dark grey background and is
looking to the print to the right of the pin and he is smiling.

At the top of the white sided border frame it has "DISNEY TIMES" in

There is a cartoon bubble coming from Pluto that says "YIPE! KI-YIPE!? in black letters.
Pluto is wearing a red collar.
The back side is a dark grey metal with writing engraved into it.
