You are looked a sealed /but came loose from age but never used kept in package , snoopy PM scanner radio from Macys.  It is unused with only minor package wear.  i can tape back down around edges but didn't want it to look used it just dried out from age and package got loose , nothing used still brand new condition , see all pictures im always honest and up front , from pet free and smoke free home , thank you so much for checking out my items
