Basic Pilates
The 
Basic Pilates workout focuses on building an understanding of Pilates fundamentals as you identify and strengthen your inner core. This workout includes a series of carefully selected, well-balanced exercises that will safely introduce you to the various planes of Pilates movement. Many of the exercises on this DVD are presented with modification options, so you can fine-tune the workout for your body type, and progress at your own speed. Once you have a solid understanding of Basic Pilates and have effectively strengthened your core, you will be ready to move on to Intermediate Pilates.

Intermediate Pilates: Whole-Body Conditioning
The 
Intermediate Pilates workout builds upon the fundamentals detailed in the Basic Pilates workout, further strengthening your core and sculpting your body. Many of the exercises on this DVD are presented with modification options, so you can tailor this workout to the needs of your body.
