• Measures approximately 11" diameter, 10" across inner area x 1/2" high
• Black painted surface background with gold painted graphics, white painted bottom
• Gold painted right-facing eagle with shield surrounded by 11 solid stars
• Bottom is painted white but has a lot of discoloration and shadowing
• Unmarked; actual maker, age and origin are uncertain
• In good condition with some minor flaws. There are a few minor dents around the outer edge. Black paint has some scuffs and scratches, white paint (bottom) has some discoloration and embedded dirt in spots as well as a small section where the paint has scraped off along the edge.
