This is a dress with a trashed top but you can make a gorgeous skirt out of it. There are two small light stains as shown, but the rest is perfect, with no breaks or splits. It's very light silk, almost like tissue silk.
The length as is is 30", and the waist is 28". You can make it bigger or smaller, and the extra fabric from the top might help.
