They do crank in the little guy does move back-and-forth on all three of them

The Navy real it looks like it is a little crooked on the handle for spinning it

They probably do need a good cleanup and maybe a little bit of repair

Hate to just throw away something this old and cool looking when I know somebody could use it and have some enjoyment
