This is a hose attachment with the small scrub brush end on it for Rainbow Vacuum cleaners.  I am not sure if the brush end can be removed or not.  This does have normal signs of age and use and needs to be cleaned up.  You get the actual item pictured so please look at all photos and ask any questions before purchase.
