Acceptable Condition. Discoloration of the pages due to age. worn edges and corners. There is a tear on the front page of "I'll See You Again". All of the folds are still intact except for "You Won't Be Satisfied" which has about a 2 inch tear along the fold at the bottom. Also there are hand written notes inside and on the front of some of them. See the pictures
