Good condition. The top layer of a very small part of the the bottom left tip of back cover (with the color) has come off; there is still the bottom layer that is white (see picture). There is a 0.5 inch tear on the edge of the back cover. The covers have some wear and creasing. The first page has some words stamped in the top right corner. The pages are browning a bit from age, and a couple of pages near the back of the book have tiny nicks on the edges (the same spot where the tear is on the back cover).
