Dimensions of Folder (Closed) is approx 11.75 H x 8.25" W

Pre-owned and displayed. There is some creasing to the folder throughout. The actual portrait is in good condition.  See photos for assessment of any visible wear associated with age, storage, and handling.

It is identified as Elanor on the back of the folder. On the backside of the portrait it looks like it's signed Hendricks, but I could be wrong on that one.
