Crushed Blue Velvet Cold Shoulder Dress Medium Long Sleeve Misia Stretch Shift

Dress was bought new by myself and worn for one event for about two hours.  It is 95% polyester and 5% spandex.  

Armpit to armpit measures about 18-1/2”

Center back neck to hem measures about 38-1/2”

My home is nonsmoking and no pets.
