Made in the USA, this is an in the box Speed-O-Print Plastic Handle Stylus, Tooled Steel Point and Shank. I believe this was used with a mimeograph (old office equipment) but I do not know the exact use.
It's in original box which is stamped D + S Business Equipment in De Grace Maryland.
It's #12 Medium Ball Point.
