Vintage from Burwood Products Company, a small framed picture of Campanula garganica otherwise known as Bellflower, blue. The frame itself is plastic, painted gold and the inner of the frame is either black or dark navy blue. I cannot tell. inside the frame is the picture, inside another plastic frame and it's a cardboard type material, no glass. Burwood Products went out of business and Syroco started making some of their products. I believe this is from the 1960's or 70's Rustic by design with a touch of elegance, it's approximately 6X5 and perfect for that small space.
