From Disney Pixar, this is a Pillow Pet from 2013, Sully from Monsters Inc. It's approximately 18 inches wide outstretched and when not being used as a flat pillow, he's approximately 12 inches long from nose to tip of tail. He's so soft and so cute. He's gently used and ready for hugs. Please see photos.
