Princess Anne Girls 6 Hand Smocked red Dress Vintage. Measures approximately 11.5” from underarm to underarm and 23” from shoulder to hem. Button back closure. No rips.

There is a possible permanent marker stain on back shoulder. I was unable to remove it. Otherwise dress is in very nice condition.
