This is a large and heavy duty piece. 

Pre-owned and used. Pre-owned and used. Shows some wear and an area that was repaired..I took a close up of it (green area) and it is in 8 o'clock position. Appears to be a belt buckle (Not sure what kind of belt it would go on, or how it attaches..) It is signed but I do not know who the maker is.. It's 3 small circles or letters..see close up photo.
