Please note, I bought several of these..the last photo is my dog "unhappily modeling" the Santa Outfit! She hates dressing up!!! The one she has on is a medium so please do not take her size into consideration for the SMALL. This is just to give a visual of what it looks like on a dog. 

The one you receive will be NEW WITH TAGS. 
Size SMALL per the tags are for a dog wholes length is 10" to 13" and a girth of 15" to 18".
