You are buying a well made fairly heavy circa 1900-40 set of (4) 4 1/2” 4.5 oz SAWTOOTH CUT GLASS pattern. I have not positively identified the maker and it is possible these are European.  They are a quality made and do have a nice ring if you tap them.

The condition is very good no chips, no cracks, or cloudiness.  Some slight use scratches possible.
