CALENDAR OF CRIME

By Ellery Queen, pen name of co-writers Frederic Dannay and Manfred B. Lee.

Boston: Little, Brown and Company, 1952.

First edition, first printing.

"First edition" statement to the copyright page, 1952 date printed to the title page, and $2.75 to the jacket's flap.

A collection of twelve mystery stories, each one set in a different month of the year, with reader-challenging deductive plots.

A well-preserved vintage first edition mystery in dust jacket.

Mild crimp to the lower spine end, else very nearly fine in deep-red linen boards with black titles and decorative rules to the spine; in a very good plus to near fine dust jacket with art by Samuel Bryant that shows clues to the spine panel, with a short scratch to the spine panel, a nick, rubs and mild crimp to the lower spine end, and rubbed tiny nicks to the flap-fold corner tips; original printed $2.75 price still intact to the front inner flap.

The dust jacket will be placed in a clear protective, removable sleeve after scanning for this entry.
