Our Water Heaters

Eccotemp Mini Tank Water Heaters, are a great addition to any out of the way location that needs hot water. These Point of Use Mini Tanks can be installed almost anywhere.  All you need is a water supply,  grounded wall receptacle and cord. This unit only requires a 20 AMP single pole breaker. 

Instant hot water at the tip of your fingers. 

Please remember this is a mini tank and it will run out of hot water.  The recovery time is approximately 10-15 minutes under normal conditions.  

Mini Tanks are gaining in popularity as an inexpensive way to have hot water without the wait.   They are also great as booster units if your main hot water unit is a long distance away.  By having instant hot water from the mini tank you allows for the main water heater to start the supply of hot water through the pipes.  No more waiting until the water gets hot. 

This results in not only a costs savings on your energy bill, but saves on water resources. 

How to Select the Right Size Mini Tank

Selecting the right size Mini Tank is determined by the available room at the installation location and amount of hot water you will need at the Point of Use. 

The Eccotemp Mini Tanks come in 2.5 gallon, 4 gallon and 6 gallon sizes. 

The Mini Tank unlike a tankless unit will have a holding reservoir where it keeps the hot water.  When this reservoir depletes it will require a 10-15 minute recovery time. 

Choosing a size unit is also dependent on your desired application such as using the Mini Tank as a booster for your main water heater or as a stand alone unit.

• We do not offer free shipping to Alaska or Hawaii; however, we do ship to those locations. Enter your zip code under the Shipping and Payments tab to get your rate.
• We do offer International Shipping on this Item through the Global Shipping Program.
• When the product has been paid for, we will submit the order to be processed and shipped within 24 hours. Weekends and holidays are excluded. Shipping time may vary due to your requested delivery location.
• Your shipment will originate from a warehouse nearest to your location if possible. Most items are shipped by FedEx, USPS, and UPS.
• You will receive a shipping update email containing a tracking number. You may also find the tracking number of your order in the "My" tab.
• If your package arrives damaged, refuse the shipment and contact us. If the shipping company has left before you realize the package is damaged, contact us immediately. Concealed damages must be reported to the carrier within 24 hours of receipt.
• All shipping and handling costs are non-refundable. If the buyer provides an incorrect address or refuses delivery, the original actual shipping cost will be deducted from any monies refunded.

SHIPPING DAMAGE

If an item is damaged in transit, please contact us immediately upon your receipt of said package. If there is obvious visible damage to the package, please document it with photos or video if possible. These will be requested to help settle any claim with the carrier.

Please provide the order number, the damaged or defective item, and your name, email address, shipping address, and phone number.

Keep the product until we notify you with instructions. If you return a damaged order directly to us, you may jeopardize our ability to settle claims with the carrier. If a damage claim is compromised because you (the customer) return all or part of a shipment, we may deduct a loss percentage up to and including the full purchase price of the order.

For any defective items within 30 days of the purchase date please contact the seller.  We will provide you instructions and contact information for technical support so an appointment can be scheduled for troubleshooting of your issues. 

If your product is deemed defective and the issue cannot be resolved through troubleshooting, EccoTemp will provide an RMA for the defective product to be returned and a replacement item or refund will be issued immediately.

Items returned due to buyer remorse do not qualify for free returns and buyer must return the item at their own expense.

SALES TAX

We must collect Nevada sales tax for the for all buyers with NV shipping addresses on all products we offer.

We May soon be required to collect sales tax for all areas under US Jurisdiction.  

Good Communication is Important!

If you select the "BUY IT NOW" button more than once or by accident and you do not want this item, you need to send us a message.
We will be most willing to work with you to straighten any issues out.
However, if you select the "BUY IT NOW" button with no intention of completing your portion of the transaction and do not make any attempt to contact us within 3 days of said purchase, we will open a "Non-Paying Buyer" case with.

We WILL get our Final Value Fees back and you WILL get a NEGATIVE mark on your account.

If there is a problem, you as the buyer need to contact us.

International Buyers – Please Note:

All Import duties, taxes and charges are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in the item price or shipping charges.
Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Please Note, If you change your mind and decide to cancel your order, you must do so before it has shipped. We normally ship within 24 hours upon cleared payment with the exceptions of Sundays and Holidays.

If your package has been tendered to the shipping partner, we will attempt to have it redirected back to the warehouse.  However, if there is a redirection fee, you will be responsible for that cost in addition to the original shipping expense. 

Your other option is that you must take delivery and our normal return policy will go into effect.
All shipping and handling fees are NON-REFUNDABLE.
