The envelope gum may be stuck a bit on the center of the envelope flap but the envelope still works and will not reflect that issue when sealed. A touch of yellowing along the edge of the envelope. See last pic.

Envelope is approximately 8.5 inches wide by 7 1/8 inches tall and requires extra postage.

Card is approximately 8.5 inches wide by 6.75 inches tall in its folded state.
