This item is in good preowned condition with normal signs of wear.  This is framed but the glass is cracked as pictured.  This is a photo of 5 young military men with one being in his jacket.  There are 2 cakes.  One says D-28 Good Luck and the other says Victory.  I am not sure which branch of military this is or the year taken.  I have not removed this from the frame but it appears to be in good condition looking through the frame.
