Vintage Foreign Enamel Stick Pin Sberne Suroviny Scrap or Raw Materials Czech

Pre-owned and used. See photos as this piece does show visible wear. 

This came with a lot of pins that were mostly Czech and Prague related. When I tried to translate it kept changing from raw materials to scrap materials... Not sure what the pin stands for.
