DC resistance is 1.6 ohms on both coils which is normal for this 2 ohm driver. Driver tested to 23hz no scraping or noise from cone. Maybe some cosmetic issues but that does not affect the operation of the driver.
These are great woofers that feature dual voice coils an neodymium magnets.
