This promotional poster is factory folded, which is normal for promotional posters and the way promo posters are distributed to comic store owners. This 1980's comic book shop dealer poster was produced by Marvel Comics to promote the Punisher comic book series, and it features the artwork of Klaus Janson.

This may be the VERY FIRST APPEARANCE of the Punisher on a promotional poster, so it's an historical collectible! This 80's Marvel promo poster was NEVER FOR SALE TO THE PUBLIC AND MADE IN VERY SMALL QUANTITIES, most of which have probably been lost, destroyed, or damaged by now.

CONDITION & SIZE: This promo poster measures about 17 inches by 11 inches, it's FOLDED (which is normal for promotional posters), it's never been displayed, and it's in "very fine/vf" condition (using comic book grading terms), due to a crease in the upper left corner from all the years in storage, and other minor imperfections. I am certain that many poster sellers and collectors would grade this poster higher, but I prefer to grade more conservatively. M91354.
